TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received in full.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the event date.

• For bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking at the discretion of Tipsy Wagon.

Cancellations & Amendments

• The £200 deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

• If the client wishes to amend the event date or venue, Tipsy Wagon will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the requested changes, subject to availability and suitability of the new venue/location.

• If Tipsy Wagon is unavailable for the amended date or the new venue is deemed unsuitable or inaccessible for setup and operation, any refund of monies paid will be at the sole discretion of Tipsy Wagon.

• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event date may be liable for the full outstanding balance, particularly where stock, staffing, equipment hire, or personalised items have already been arranged or purchased.

Cancellation by Tipsy Wagon

• In the unlikely event that Tipsy Wagon is unable to attend or fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, accident, vehicle breakdown, or other operational issues, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in full.

• Tipsy Wagon shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, damages, or compensation arising from such cancellation.

Weather & Force Majeure

• Tipsy Wagon operates primarily outdoors and is therefore subject to weather and environmental conditions.

• In the event that severe or unsafe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the event from taking place or make it unsafe to operate, Tipsy Wagon reserves the right to cancel or cease service.

• Deposits remain non-refundable under these circumstances. Any additional monies paid may be refunded at the discretion of Tipsy Wagon, less any costs already incurred.

• Clients are strongly advised to obtain suitable event insurance to cover cancellations, postponements, or weather-related disruption.

Venue Access & Setup

• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides safe, suitable, and adequate access for the Tipsy Wagon setup and operation.

• Adequate space, ground conditions, and access routes must be available prior to arrival.

• If access is restricted, unsafe, or unsuitable upon arrival, Tipsy Wagon reserves the right to refuse setup without refund.
