Hire the Tipsy Wagon for between 6 and 12 hours and let us bring the perfect bar experience to your event. From setup through to last orders, our team will keep the drinks flowing and your guests smiling. What's Included: • Exclusive hire of the Tipsy Wagon for 6–12 hours • Professional bar staff • Licensing fees where required • Basic bar stock • Travel to and from your event venue • Full setup and pack down service • Friendly, professional service throughout your event We can also tailor the experience with bespoke drinks menus, themed packages, welcome drinks, and additional bar options to suit your event.
Cancellation Policy
By booking Tipsy Wagon, you agree to the following terms: - A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. - The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the event require full payment at the time of booking. - Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. - If you need to amend your booking date or venue, Tipsy Wagon will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability and venue suitability. - Tipsy Wagon reserves the right to cancel or refuse service where venue access is unsafe, unsuitable, or inaccessible. - In the unlikely event that Tipsy Wagon must cancel due to unforeseen operational circumstances, any monies paid will be refunded in full. - Severe weather conditions, venue closures, or circumstances outside of our control may affect service. Deposits remain non-refundable in these situations, and clients are advised to obtain suitable event insurance. - Tipsy Wagon operates in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and follows a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic ID may be required. - Tipsy Wagon reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated, abusive, aggressive, or underage. - Unless agreed in writing prior to the event, outside alcohol is not permitted within the service area. - The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving Tipsy Wagon equipment, stock, furniture, or glassware caused by guests or attendees. - Tipsy Wagon operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff. Service may be stopped immediately without refund if staff safety or welfare is compromised. - Photographs may be taken during events for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing before the event.
